Liberty Inn

The room looked nothing like the photos from the site. Although clean, maintenance had not been kept up; no bathroom door lock, mold around the bathtub, the plug near the bathroom sink looked like it had had a short circuit and the bed frames were home-made out of unfinished 2x6 planks. No bedside lamps were provided so the only lighting came from one wall mounted light.

It was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Though the front reception was friendly, that's where the positive ends. The room was dusty, and cob webs in the bathroom. Mould along the edges of the bathroom fixtures. The two queen beds were actually double beds. The towels were stained and we only got two. When I asked for more towels they said it would be 10 minutes, but never showed up. The acoustics in the walls is poor. We could hear every word the construction crew were saying the whole night in the room next to us. The pillows were definitely not cleaned. We'll be making a report to public health hopefully they will inspect the establishment. And, it's right by a busy intersection...loud all night. Oh yeah...the internet didn't work. The password looks like they were taking free internet from the Best Western next door....and they wised up to it.

I like their price.

The staff at this place was really rude. I had an issue with my reservacion. I was texting to get in contact with an agent from Orbitz and the staff at the hotel say that I needed to get out of the reception while I waited for orbitz to respond because he did not have all night to be waiting for me.

Friendly Welcome

Check-in staff wore stained sweat pants. Building can best be described as TIRED. In a few years it will be torn down- it’s ready now. Bed and shower were good. Sign says $150 penalty for smoking. They should have collected the fee because the room reeked of smoke. I never saw a house-keeping person and the room was never cleaned during my stay. 1 - 1.5 stars. Fair at a $75 price point.

Needed a place for the night, super later, the owner made sure I got checked in and was all set before she went to bed. Much appreciated
