Clean and Convenient! in Town and Close to Lake and Shopping! Highly Rated!

The house had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood to be able to work. Great locale for walking to nearby great restaurants and shopping. Lots of walks along the water - both the river and the lake. Boyne City has a lot of events in town so look up what's going on. House had great tap water. If you're a cyclists or runner, there's a lot of paths to catch from Boyne City around Lake Charlevoix, and more up through Charlevoix/Petoskey/Harbor Springs, and all spots are 30minutes or less to get to. The host had some beach cruisers available, so maybe just bring a helmet. There's a great dog park around 1.5mi from the house. And you can buy a "walking beer" downtown, so it was nice to drink a beer while walking the dogs. Also you're walking distance from a grocery store and a laundromat. Host was accommodating for an early check in, obviously your mileage may vary if there's somebody checking out the day you check in but for us he was responsive when we asked and made it work. Loved Boyne City, loved the house, if we ever stay in the area again we will likely seek to stay at this place again. Also, heads up Boyne City sounds a curfew alarm at 10:30p every night.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. Just a short walk to the water and Boyne City for dinner. Perfect for two people and one child or two people and a small pet. Our dog was so happy going on long walks through the neighborhood. The unit was clean and the host responded almost immediately when we had questions.

This was perfect in every way! Great place, great location, close to everything! Host was terrific! Hoping it's available next time we travel to Boyne City.

Perfect little cottage area for 2 people and a pet. Super Close to downtown and gorgeous sunsets. The restaurants and ice cream shops didn’t disappoint.

I spent a full week in this charming cottage. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood of tree-lined streets. A great location with easy walking into town. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Great queen size bed and plenty of storage space. I look forward to coming back again next fall.

Quaint Brett’s place was clean and a great location. It was quiet and comfortable. If you stay on a Wednesday or Saturday, there’s a great farmers market within walking distance.

Had a great time at this property. Just a few blocks away from downtown Boyne city and the water. Property was super clean. Had a bunch of extra things that we use like beach chairs, board games for my child. And coolers. They even had bicycles we could use . Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This was a great place to stay and an ideal location. The hosts had great communication and we had everything we needed in advance. We are already planning next years trip and hope to book this again!
