Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the location was great.

Not a nice area at all. Checked in and the lobby was ok. Got to the room and it smelled horrible. Carpet looked gross and was pulling up in spots. There was a door that led directly outside and it looked like it had been pried open at some point. It was bent and didn’t close properly. The door was directly across from a homeless camp. Room we booked was supposed to have a pullout couch and when we asked about it they said it had broken and they didn’t replace it. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Reasonable hotel for a one night stay, I feel that the hotel need s a renovation.

Very noisy outside

I did not realize this area was occupied by the homeless and that the rooms opened directly into the parking lot. Did not stay here.

Our stay wasn’t terrible; however, I found cat poop in our room under the window. No course of action was taken to remedy it.
