Hotel total ungunstig fur Familie mit Kindern. Heizung im Zimmer hat fast nicht funktioniert, Kinder waren danach erkaltet. Zimmer war sehr klein. Wellness sollte unbegrenzt sein, wir mussten aber bezahlen, bei der Reversation waren wir daruber aber nicht informiert. Personal arrogant, Essen nicht gut. Tento hotel neni vhodny pro rodiny s detmi. Na pokoji nefungovalo topeni, takze se deti nachladily. Meli jsme slibene neomezene wellness, musseli jsme ale zaplatit. Personal arogantni, jidlo nam nechutnalo.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist zu klein, in der Dusche ist fast kein Platz und eine Heizung ist im Badezimmer nicht vorhanden. Die Heizung im Raum kann nicht verstellt werden. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und man liegt wie in einer Mulde. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und man hat eigentlich alles was man braucht. Das Abendessen ist Landestypisch, durch Warmhaltegefäße ist das Essen teilweise lauwarm, man sollte früh zum Abendessen kommen, dann könnte es noch heiß sein. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch und wahrscheinlich der Nähe zum Skigebiet geschuldet. Die vier Sterne sehe ich nicht!

Sind seit 4 Tagen hier, jeden Abend das gleiche, das Abendessen ist lauwarm bis kalt. Auf Nachfrage wird Angeboten das Essen in der Mikrowelle warm zu machen.( ca 50 Hotelgäste). Auch mit Rücksprache an der Rezeption, sie bekommen es einfach nicht hin. Frühstück wird bis 9.30 Uhr angeboten, aber um 8.50 Uhr gibt es nur noch eine Sorte Hörnchen( Weizen) dunkles Brot nicht möglich. Zimmer keine Abstellmöglichkeiten, genauso im Bad( Waschtashe muss auf den Fußboden liegen) Wasser lauwarm zum Duschen. Schwimmbad, whirlpool zu empfehlen schwimmbecken nur etwas für die kneippkur geeignet. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.
