Ho partecipato ad un evento aziendale organizzato presso l'albergo. La location è davvero bella, il recupero ne ha preservato il fascino originario senza snaturarlo con troppe contaminazioni moderne. Un dettaglio su tutti: il pavimento in cotto della stanza. I pasti consumati sono stati eccellenti ed hanno valorizzato i prodotti del territorio.

Dopo due settimane di Festival, compresa quella di preparazione, io e la mia compagna abbiamo sentito la necessità di "staccare la spina". Comodo da Sanremo il basso Piemonte è stata l'opzione più adeguata e l'Albergo dell'Agenzia la nostra scelta che ci ha soddisfatti in pieno. Partiamo dalle camere, molto spaziose di generosa metratura, arredate come si confà ad una struttura simile che rimanda alla gloria Sabauda. La pulizia della struttura tutta, camera, bagno, luoghi comuni, è encomiabile. Nel pacchetto a noi riservato, l'utilizzo della Spa esclusivo ed una cena che abbiamo trovato squisita in qualità e quantità. Ottima la carta dei vini, eccellente il servizio. Colazioni in linea con quanto già esposto, la qualità domina. Non da ultimo una segnalazione particolare per il personale attento, gentilissimo e mai invadente. Conto di tornarci con altri amici sicuro di fare un'ottima scelta.

Great room, food and service. This hotel is also a "slow food" cooking destination next to a culinary institute. Charming grounds and pool with Roman ruins on the site. In the heart of Piedmont with many famous wineries nearby

The hotel is located in a beautiful context and looks beautiful from the outside and in common areas. The restaurant is really, really good and recommended. Unfortunately the rooms (at least the room I aas assigned) completely kill the beauty of the experience. Poorly furnished with old and poorly mainted furniture and especially smelling like it was built directly on a sewer. Since I was staying only for one night I did not complain, locked the bathroom door (bad smell was coming from the bathroom) and coped with it. But taking a shower in the morning was a very painful experience.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Der Service ist ein wenig unbefriedigend. Man sagte uns ein "Superior Zimmer" zu, doch wir erhielten m.E. ein ganz normales Standard-Zimmer. Die Anweisung, im Hotelpool eine Duschhaube zu tragen, ist m.E. albern und nicht notwendig. Ebenso der Hinweis, im Schwimmbad nicht zu urinieren!!! Das Essen war sehr gut.

Goed hotel, leuke locatie. Schoon en goed verzorgd. De Corona regels worden strict gehanteerd, echter ze verliezen wel een deel van hun, nodige en service gerichte, flexibiliteit. Het ontbijt is chaotisch en laat lang op zich wachten. De diners zijn daarentegen perfect. Met hetzelfde personeel! Het bed is wel erg stevig, een topmatras zou de slaapkwaliteit verhogen.

Schloss, Anlage und Zimmer sehr gut. Sehr guter Sevice an Rezeption und Bar. Beim Frühstück ist das überwiegend ungelernte Personal störend. Kaum eine Bestellung (das Frühstück wurde am Tisch serviert) wurde korrekt abgearbeitet.
