Was decent rooms nice and clean however stunk of **** through the 3rd floor and they minimise staff with self checkin which is good cos you can just check in and out quickly however having no service desk does make enquiring about gym and pool difficult. Overall pleasant stay

I visit the village Bracknell very regular with friend and family and being being a member for over 3 years today i experienced the very rude Riley. The manager of the bar! His customer service skills where awful !! He was so rude and said if we don’t like the service then get out and go somewhere. I have never experienced anything like this at the venue iv been coming to for over 30 years long before it was the village hotel and long before the young Rude lad was even born. And I will be sending an email of formal complaint regarding this as well.

A pleasant Sunday night stay. A lot of new staff it seemed so not the smoothest experience but they all did their best to help albeit taking 20 minutes to order a dinner on a quiet Sunday afternoon and room not set up on arrival. If it is a nice day, well worth taking a short 5 minute walk to the park grounds down the road. Good walk with lakes and wildlife with a terrace for a drink Pool area was nice and modern with a sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet was very good with big selection and easy service. Sunday roast dinners good size with all the trimmings but slightly underwhelming for the price.

A fabulous family stay for 2 nights during our trip to Legoland. Friendly staff upon arrival, great meal (the kids loved the haribo included in their meal deal! and very clean room. Best of all, when we went to the room the sofa bed wasn’t made up so we asked if it could be. Even though the housekeeping staff had finished for the day, Riley said he would ensure it would get sorted whilst we ate dinner. When we came back to the room, our boys had been left some towel art and a little message from Woody! ‘There’s a snake in my bed’! Our boys absolutely loved it. A lovely touch from Riley. Highly recommend staying.

First had a room on the 3rd floor - window did not close - there were no other rooms did not sleep much due to noise of the highway. Tried a curry in the sportsbar which was just realy uneatable. Next day moved to 2nd floor . Room was fine. Good things about the rooms - they are ok - airco - u can make tea- coffee on the room. The average things- breakfast why coffee from a syrup stoma bag with hot water ?? Brrrrrr . No yoghurt - no europe stuff as fresh bread - cheese - only cooked stuff real fat….bit old school. The bar is ok many choices of beer and wine . The food is at best average. Had last day chicken wrap which was fine . If i stay next tike will bring sports gear for the massive gym.

Having been to the Village Bracknell last year we were super excited to return having booked a short break via the LEGOLAND website. This time it was for our little girl’s 5th birthday. We arrived at 4.30pm and check in was smooth although the kids didn’t receive their activity packs as expected, when questioned we later received these which included one crayon and a piece of paper. Upon entry into the hotel room we thought it was acceptable however when we went into the bathroom we were BEYOND disgusted! As you can see from pictures it was anything but clean. Mould, mildew, public hairs, a suspicious stain on the towel, dirty bin, dust in the fan duct and shaver sockets. What made it worse is that under the bed there were wrappers and a cork and inside the bed was a FLY!!!! Cigarette butts outside the window which clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages either. Reception advised that they would contact management and I would hear back from them first thing Monday morning. We are now at 4pm on Monday and I haven’t heard anything. I have had to chase up contact from them and expect a full refund! In addition we ordered room service which arrived promptly however the food was cold and they had forgotten our drinks. When I called via my mobile to request for these the wrong drinks were brought up! My daughter was so excited for room service for her birthday but it was disappointing! overall our stay put a whole dampener on our trip away and spoilt it! Think twice before going!

One of the worst hotels out there for customer service. The staff here are so rude and shockingly untrained in their jobs. The hotel isn’t even very clean, the standards for this hotel are very low. The restaurant service is utterly terrible for customer service the people behind the tills look like school kids and have no care what so ever for their jobs. The standard for this hotel have dropped so low and should be *****ped from the name.
