There are no cameras in the very dark parking lot. Someone stole my license plate off of my car overnight.
The front desk was very helpful, but it is 2024 so it is not over the top to expect to have cameras in a parking lot.
The carpet smelled and looked like it should be replaced.
The bathroom vanity was looked pretty worn out.

Great location if you want to combine visits to Sarasota, Tampa and the beaches on Santa Maria. We even got a visit in to the busy honkey-tonk area of Madeira in St. Pete. Half hour to the beaches on Santa Maria - go before 9 am. Nice, intelligent staff. Great pool. Clean and well-maintained.

The "balcony room" had a "balcony" that was 15 inches wide! Barely enough room to stand if you edged in sideways

Resort area so very pricy. Was informed at check in that breakfast was 6-10am only to find out the following morning that breakfast was a satellite Starbucks and we all know how much that costs. Courtyard and pool area was very nice. Daughter stepped on a piece of broken glass in her room and another guest we were talking with at the pool said she found two open safety pins on the floor in their room.
