very dirty and unsafe, big shoe size roaches and ants.
not refundable even if the room was on this conditions

The outside of the property is mostly shabby. My room had new flooring and the bathroom had been redone, and a new or newer A/C unit. There was no hair dryer, not unusual for a budget-friendly hotel, but also no mirror, anywhere! Who thinks that's a good way to save $40 or $50 per room? The mattress has seen better days and the TV was very small. And the area is a bit seedy.
