My room was not cleaned the day before I departed

This hotel is conveniently situated near I-75, and the friendly staff makes sure you have a pleasant stay. The quiet atmosphere and clean rooms make it an ideal place to rest and rejuvenate. The best part? It’s all at a reasonable price. Don’t forget to thank Dawn, the hotel’s breakfast attendant, for keeping the breakfast area clean and well-stocked with a variety of delicious hot and cold items every morning.

Stayed here on a road trip south. Staff was friendly and efficient…easy check in and out. We had booked a standard king room and got upgraded to a larger room. I don’t think they had a full house that night, probably the reason for the upgrade. Everything was average and adequate and my only negative comment would be about the tv service. Incredibly confusing to operate the remote to find what you want. It shouldn’t be that hard. A bonus for this location is the proximity to several dining choices within walking distance, including Gecko’s Grill which I reviewed and is very good. There is also a Publix in the same ***** mall if you’re in need of supplies.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly and professional. The bathrooms are clean and the showers have good pressure and water temps.

Great location 20 minutes from both Orioles and Pirates spring training facilities which was purpose of trip. I would come back to this location every time for Orioles spring training.

A little pricey for this hotel however it was convenient to a conference I attended and to restaurants, shopping etc. The hotel worker that prepares the breaking is wonderful, she is the only staff member that left an impression on me, very friendly.

The young man at the front desk was very helpful, patient & polite! Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Breakfast was also great, parking planty space, both free.

Showing its age. Side entry doors had security locks that required room cards to enter, but they were non functional, open all the time, high danger ! Rooms were clean but worn down.
