Amazing as always, and the receptionist Jo was extraordinary and extremely helpful.

Great express next to the train station, amenities are good, and the room is spacious.

Stayed in this hotel a few times now this time I had room 151. I think this room could do with being refurbished as there were stains on the carpets and up the side of the bed. And one of the bed side lights didn't work. But other than that a very pleasant stay

Matched all the expectation as a three star hotel - tidy, clean, convenient location. Breakfast is very basic, don’t and shouldn’t expect too much. A good choice if looking for reasonable price and a clean hotel. It’s fair not too expect much with this price.

Basic, great value for the price. (No charging plugs by your bed) Breakfast was good but they ran out of eggs. Did the job for the night.

Parking fantastic, £1.50 for 24 hours cant beat it considering its the city centre. Location perfect with nandos, pizza hut, hollywood bowl at the door step, literally. Take the kids down the lift for some arcade games at 10pm even! Room perfect great size and sofa turned into double bed in the family rooms before you arrive even. Staff super friendly! Forgot our toothbrush and toothpaste, they have it all at reception for free. Actually have locks in the toilets which is a plus in case kids stroll in whilst having a shower. Dove shampoo, body and hand washes! Lastly breakfast, as good as any other buffet! Constantly filling in warm food, even has halal chicken sausages! The usual eggs, hash brown, beans, tomatoes, bacon (not halal ofcourse) all the coffee and tea in the world, variety of cereals, croissants, muffins, yougurt with berrys, all the types of syrups and jams you need, even unlimited hazelnut spread. All in all 10/10 for families or anyone really.

Located next to the Bradford rail station, everything perfect, has a multiplex and restaurants in the premises, staff helpful, everything spot on.

The room was clean, but the toilet wasn't flushing properly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing this time. Some food was undercooked, while other items were dry or cold.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The food was nice, and the service was topnotch.

The alarm in the hotel was going off persistently for 1/2 hour on Thursday (25th) evening. I rang reception did not get a response, had to go to reception in my pyjamas to be told it was a false alarm, other guests pored into the reception area. The reception phone ringing, the receptionist took the call to say it was a false alarm and it was safe to go back to the room. As I returned to my room more guest where coming out of their room as the alarm was still going off intermittently in short and long bursts. It did eventually stop. Morning of the 26th reception staff apologise for the alarm going off and explaining that it gets kid messing around. This put a damper on my stay as I did not sleep very well that night before checkout .

I have bean staying about 6 weeks now Feel like my home ,only concern its breakfast ,same Items every day

Really good hotels for business and family traveler. staff and location is really good near to city center and Bradford interchange so it's good to visit one time hotel.
