Personally, I think the food in the restaurant is not very good, it is very average. There are better restaurants nearby with affordable prices, such as The Crab, so it is not recommended to eat in the hotel restaurant
Picture 1 is from a restaurant, with a small orange juice, it cost me 26 pounds
Picture 2 is The Crab's accidentally discovered treasure restaurant. It's really delicious! Only £16!

A beautiful setting, boundless options for relaxation (never seen so many hot tubs). Delightful staff (special mention for Cathy and Claire also - thanks for the complimentary welcome drinks!) and delicious food to enjoy alongside sea views. What more could you want?

We have just returned from a lovely three night stay here. We stayed in a Superior sea facing room with balcony which was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. We were lucky enough to have hot, sunny weather and the room got very hot during the night but without even asking, we were left a fan in our room for the following night. Our balcony looked onto the stunning gardens and the swimming pool, which we made the most of when we came back to the hotel each day, a really lovely treat. There was lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and we ate dinner a couple of evenings too. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, it seems as though they have many visitors that go back there and we could understand why. An added bonus for us was the free electric car charging points that were very convenient. We would definitely go back!

Lovely room with sea view and balcony : Room 3's balcony gave us sun in the morning and late afternoon. ALL the staff were very helpful. good choices for breakfast and very good evening meal with the menu changed daily . Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Just returned after a six night break at Luccombe Hall and have to be truthful by saying this hotel is in desperate need of a total refurbishment. The carpet throughout is extremely grubby, the public areas are depressing and the breakfasts could be alot better. The staff uniform was supposed to be white shirts/polo tops, they were yellowish, as were the towels and bath robes in the room. To sum it up, a scruffy and very expensive hotel but in beautiful surroundings.

Very warm welcome on arrival, Cathy was most helpful and informative. Room 23 was lovely stunning view over the beautiful gardens. Dining room staff were all so friendly and most helpful. Menu choices were very good A word for Charlotte restaurant manager she is an amazing at her job keeps an eye on what’s happening there in a heartbeat if you need anything, If I had to make on observation the corridor lights at night are a bit intrusive.
