The hotel is quite clean and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Roxanne, were exceptional. They are a lot better and more hospitable than the 5 star hotels.

Unfortunately this location is extremely dated. Metal fixtures in my room were full of rust. Furniture was extremely dated and looked to be at least ten years old. The mattress in the room was old enough that even without laying on it you could see a huge indentation in the middle that was sagging. I chose this location because of the hot tub and pulled back muscles. I could not get in the pool area and had to go the front desk for assistance. The lady there kept taking calls and waiting on other people who walked up after me because she was the only one there. Unfortunately the local road crews working in the area just added insult to injury by leaving the lobby area full of dirt and mud the next morning. I would not recommend staying here. Its extremely dated and short staffed.

The only thing that put a damper on the trip was that the heavy/blackout curtains in the room weren't able to be closed - as a result, I had two bright lights from outside shining directly on my face during the night.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were subpar, with a noticeable musty odor. Additionally, the pool was out of service, and the breakfast provided was of poor quality. However, the hotel's location was convenient, and it offered ample parking space. The customer service was generally satisfactory, with the exception of the individual responsible for managing the breakfast service.
