Load of noise all night from possibly a fan underneath the room we stayed in. Complained to reception who told me to take it up with head office via website. Did so and have heard nothing!

The hotel was chosen for a weekend wedding celebration and it was close to the venue. Based on price and location. We checked in after 11pm and this was all fine with very friendly staff. No issues with the room but little cobwebbed in places. Otherwise clean and comfy. Love that the restaurant (Brewers Fayre) had outdoor and indoor play area as the kids loved this.

Was staying here for two nights but due to the weather our plans changed and ended up staying for one night. The whole property is very dated amd needs refurbishing inside and out. Our room was very hot, bed was on the small side. Bedside lamps were very loose, bathroom floor by the sink dipped as though there was a hole underneath the laminate flooring. Was suprised to see a shower curtain rather than a glass shower door panel. The outside of the property looked grubby. Won't be staying here again.

We stayed at the hotel as it was near the venue for a wedding we attended. It was clean and the beds were comfortable - everything we have come to expect from Premier Inns. Cooked breakfast was brought to us which was nice - there was still the same choice and we could have as much as we wanted. My Mum has mobility issues and was very pleased with her room, though the doors to our adjoining room were very heavy. But that was only a small ****** in a very pleasant two night stay. We ate our evening meal in the pub over the car park - excellent food but very slow service.

The service was amazing in Braintree premier in. The staff were fabulous, they were all so friendly & helpful and we were blown away with how lovely they were. Very chatty, happy and genuinely warm & customer caring. Carolyn was the best, I would employee her! She is a credit to you. Carolyn even gave me a little treat to take home as I wasn’t feeling well, I hurt myself the night before and she was so concerned about me. Thank you

The room was comfortable enough but had a very tired feel. The bathroom had corrosion and what looked like mould on the shower panel. We had traveled a long way so didn't make a fuss that night. When we did explained it to the reception they offered us another room but we were on the way out anyway. The saving grace was the staff (it felt like they cared) and the breakfast (just perfect and, again, the staff were brilliant). Hopefully the place will be refurbished before we go back again.

Had a lovely stay here. Staff were brilliant, food was of a good standard and the rooms were clean and well presented. My bed was lovely and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for a number of weeks and was overwhelmed with the high level service I received from the staff here. They are like a family, all working together to make sure every guest has the best stay possible. Nothing was too much trouble and I want to thank them for all their hard work.

I stayed here at the weekend with some friends as we were attending a wedding nearby and we had a perfect stay! The staff were so welcoming and helpful with all of our needs, breakfast was amazing and the room was spotless! The only downfall is that the hotel is in need of a refurb, the bathrooms are very old and the poor staff were having to cope with multiple things breaking during our stay but they dealt with it so well. They are a credit to your company!
