I went to this hotel for 2 nights with the travel basketball team. The hotel I thought was great the manager was super nice. On the way home I checked my email and noticed a $226 charge for “damages”. They said the curtains were broken. During the night we heard a big bang and I didn’t know what the sound was. It scared us all but we just went back to sleep. Apparently it was the curtains, I’m being charged for this and we didn’t even touch them. I am outraged by this as it was an expensive enough trip for myself and my first trip since having a baby. Unbelievable.

Had to come in late because my flight was delayed. However, the staff was ready on call to accommodate me. Ashish was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were attended to. Will patronize the hotel again.
