I made a last-minute decision to spend New Year's Eve in Guangzhou with my child, and after much deliberation, I booked this hotel. Its location is a definite advantage, and the view of Canton Tower is truly spectacular. However, the holiday experience didn't quite justify the doubled price. The hotel's exterior and ambiance are grand, but like many hotels located in office buildings, there isn't a spacious ground-floor reception. Instead, check-in is on the 28th floor, which became incredibly crowded during peak times. We couldn't check in until 2 PM, which explains why they offered afternoon tea, but for exhausted guests who just want to change, it was incredibly frustrating. What I least expected was the noise from the bar at night. The revelry continued past midnight, stretching into 1 or 2 AM, pushing someone trying to relax to their breaking point. It only quieted down a bit after I called to complain. I seriously question the hotel's soundproofing. I recall a hotel I stayed at in Haikou whose windows could withstand the roar of a Category 14 typhoon, so in comparison, this hotel felt overpriced. This might be due to the holiday period, and I appreciate that the staff, despite the difficulties, still greeted guests with smiles. I just hope the hotel considers guests' suggestions for improvement, as such a great environment and advantage shouldn't be undermined by minor details. Finally, thanks to the hotel for the complimentary gift and for helping me retrieve my lost item. Goodbye Guangzhou, and may everything be even better in 2026!

Seriously recommend this hotel! The staff are warm and attentive, and the butler service is incredibly thoughtful. The daily complimentary dessert soup was a lovely surprise. The room is well-equipped, and the bedding is so soft you won't want to get out of bed. There's a BRT station right outside, and a Walmart nearby, making getting around and shopping super convenient. Definitely a full score!

Our stay was fantastic! The room was clean and well-maintained with great facilities. The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is beautifully decorated, perfect for photo opportunities. The sunsets from here are also stunning. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the afternoon tea was delicious. It's truly a great place. Being close to the subway makes getting around incredibly convenient. The overall environment is lovely, and the customer service was excellent. Meihao is fantastic and offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone. It was truly a pleasant experience, and staying here over the New Year's holiday was very convenient. The coffee at the lobby bar was great, and the desserts were delicious. The bartenders at the lobby bar also provided excellent service. I recommend checking out the high-altitude restaurant for afternoon tea – it's really good!

This trip's hotel booking truly exceeded my expectations; from check-in to check-out, it was a flawless experience! The moment we entered the lobby, we felt a warm welcome. The front desk lady had such a sweet smile, and the check-in process was incredibly fast. She even thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants and travel routes. The lobby decor was simple yet elegant, adorned with green plants, and a subtle fragrance filled the air, instantly melting away our travel fatigue. We booked a king-size room, which was super spacious with excellent natural light; pulling back the curtains revealed a lively street view. The bed was perfectly firm yet soft, like sinking into clouds, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The room facilities were all-encompassing, the toiletries had a pleasant woody scent, the bathroom was well-separated for wet and dry areas, and the hot water supply was super stable. The biggest surprise was the mini-fridge and complimentary bottled water and tea bags – the attention to detail was exceptional.

I must also praise the hotel's breakfast! The variety was incredibly rich, with Chinese congee, noodles, and dim sum, Western bread and coffee, and fresh fruit salads – everything you could wish for. The taste was consistently good; I ate until I was completely satisfied.

When checking out, the staff even proactively asked if we needed help calling a taxi, which was incredibly thoughtful. For such a high-value hotel, I will definitely choose this one again next time I visit this city! I've already recommended it to all my friends and genuinely suggest it to everyone traveling!

Just got back from the Baishuizhai Elegant Hotel, and I have to give it a perfect score! The hotel is located near the Baishuizhai Scenic Area, offering stunning views of lush greenery and waterfalls right from the window – it felt like staying in a natural oxygen bar. The rooms were spacious and elegant, the bedding was comfortable, and a soak in the natural hot springs was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's front desk service was especially attentive, providing meticulous care from check-in to room service, and the 24-hour butler service was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful, and the public hot springs were clean and comfortable. Whether you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city or are traveling with family, this is an excellent choice. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely come back!


Set

We spent four nights and overall were very happy with our room. The location is quite central but not the most convenient if you wish to walk or use the metro, but calling a DiDi is so cheap in Changsha it is not a problem at all.
The room is clean and spacious, no odours.
The lighting needs to be rewired though, you can't just simply light up an area without causing the whole room to blackout orally alight, which can be very annoying when you have kids that are already asleep.
The breakfast had a moderate selection of food mostly catering for the Chinese traveller. 
To our surprise the guest laundry service was not self service, the laundry was manned and your clothes will be folded and delivered to your room, was really happy with that as we don't need to go back and forth to put it in tumble dry and later to collect it.

The best decision I made when traveling to Changsha was choosing the Ya Zhi Hotel Wuyi Square IFS Guojin Center Flagship Store! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply captivated by the rich Hunan culture and high-end quality.

The hotel's 'one hotel, one scene' design is simply captivating! The 36th-floor sky lobby perfectly blends the scholarly ambiance of the Yuelu Academy's library with modern luxury. The check-in area holds a clever 'riding dreams as horses' design, making every casual shot an atmospheric masterpiece.

The location is also impeccable. Downstairs is Peiyuanqiao Metro Station, and it's within walking distance of Wuyi Square and Chaozong Street. Getting to Yuelu Mountain and Orange Islet Head is also super convenient.

Overall, my stay here was great. The location is super convenient, right next to a subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable, so I had a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were also very helpful and efficient. The facilities are complete, and the service was excellent. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Our stay in Xi'an was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The decor is a unique blend of British style and New Chinese aesthetics, creating a festive atmosphere. The staff were all very warm and welcoming, offering us complimentary fruit and breakfast. We were also pleasantly surprised by the farewell gifts prepared for summer when we checked out. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and they also have a laundry room and a gym. Highly recommended!
