Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richmond-Brandermill-Hull ST.

With many teenage Soccer players staying the nights there was quite a bit of noise up until I called the Front desk to have it taken care of. Others who stayed commented they were upset as well. Breakfast cook No show No call Saturday morning as well.

There were teenagers staying from a soccer team. They were running up and down the hallway screaming at midnight. We called the front desk and no one came up to stop it. The next morning, there was no breakfast!! Coffee only was available.

Great place to stay

Service was terrific. Amazing manager and staff. Everyone had a smile, a friendly attitude and were helpful.

Overall a nice place to stay and I would choose it for a future trip. I suggested to the clerk at checkout to remind housekeeping staff to announce who they are when they knock on the door.

Hotel was clean the staff member I had interacted with was excellent only problem was that none of the four soda machine were working or had product.

The staff is great! The only real major problem we had was the original room they gave us had lights not working, a tv that didn’t work due to a box missing, no phone to contact the help desk because someone took it, and was just kinda musky smelling. But eventually they did switch rooms for us and all was right again.

We were very pleased with our visit! Room and property was very clean, front desk and dining room staff were all Fabulous! If in the area will definitely stay again!

The property was okay, however, it’s old and my room had this stale musty smell to it. I had to spray deodorizer all around because the smell was awful!
