After hours phone had a frayed cord and calls kept hanging up. Prepare for a $100 deposit required to be paid, not held, and not disclosed when reserving room. Staff was professional and courteous.

Extended Stay had been a wonderful experience until recently. They have made getting rid of trash extremely difficult. My wife and i are not in great health however we have to walk 1/4 of a mile to empty the trash. In addition, the dumpster is not user friendly. It is too tall for average height people to access. We feel that no consideration is being given to the eldery, sick or disabled. If you are in these categories this is not the place.

Night manager was wonderful with a super late check in, but the room was terrible. Smelled like pot the whole two weeks. No one ever came to clean. Cheap, but definitely get what you pay for.

I asked to see the room that was being assigned to me once it became clear that this property was more of a kennel than a hotel. The staff member "refused" to let me do it and said to my 71 year old face "I am cancelling your reservation because I know you won't like it here". I am not kidding. Doesn't get worse than that. Except if you read other reviews, she may have done me a favor.

The Front desk manager failed to provide the requested room despite a paid reservation from the previous evening. Poor customer service or support. I had to Uber to another hotel creating an inconvenience I was not prepared for. Location and facility was not satisfactory.
