i was locked out of the hotel before check out time, key would not open the door i came out to put my luggage in the car and had to walk around building, not impressed

Check in was tough. Had to wait a while and ask to be served while a customer fumbled for about 15 mins trying to find his credit card. Room was exceptional as well as breakfast and pool area.
