A great option to stay in Sumbawa Besar. Rooms are very light and comfortable with constant hot water & good pressure. Staff are helpful and accomodating as is the manager who kindly drove us to the post office & allowed us to split our booked stay nights over 2 periods & store our luggage whilst on Moyo island. Pool is a welcome reprieve from heat too. Highly recommended

Wifi often gets stuck and cannot be used. Hot water in the bathroom is often cold and hot, unclear. The speed of the restaurant staff at breakfast for refilling milk is slow & the egg cooker is not reliable
