Branson Nightly Condos

Very clean comfortable condo Beds were very comfy. Close to everything we planned to do. Had everything we needed!!!! Easy access to unit. Amanda very great to work with and helped us tremendously!!

November 17th - 19th, 2021. Booked a condo for 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids). We stayed in Building D, Unit 5. When I first walked in there was an oder. Not really musty but old oder. The carpet was very dirty but the rest of the condo seemed to be clean. I'm more interested in a clean bathroom and bed. The shade on the patio door was broken also. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The master bedroom was small and had a bathroom that could be accessed from the bedroom or living room. The other bedroom was very large with 2 queen beds. The bathroom was very small with just the tub and toilet and the vanity was in the bedroom part of the room. It worked out ok for the two nights we were there. I did like the location. Wasn't far from shopping or restaurants. I was really impressed with the communication after booking this condo. I booked through ******* and kept getting updates regarding my vacation and also upcoming cancellation dates. Once past the cancellation date, we were sent the code to get into the condo, directions and also several links to attractions. We could have got tickets cheaper to Silver Dollar City through that link. The view was not great. A lot of trees. While we were in the condo, the communication continued with check out information. It was very clear what to do. I would book through Branson Nightly condos again but would choose a different condo.

Nightly resorts cancelled on me and would not refund my payment. We changed the date because of COVID-19 with the agent agreement. She sent an email saying the owner of the condo had sold it so we could not use it, two weeks before our trip. Beware of this booking agent.

We have stayed multiple times in the same condo owned by this couple. Previous experiences have been great. We spent 2 nights at another condo in the Club complex and it was tremendously disappointing. Though the location is great, this condo had a broken window, missing batteries on every smoke detector in the condo, the sliding glass door lock was broken, blinds in every room were missing slats, the furniture is broken down and a couple of pieces need to be removed. The kitchen is poorly stocked, with 2 drinking glasses and 3 forks. We would never stay in this condo again.
