Best Western Music Capital Inn

I would like to start off by I was scheduled to stay at a hotel down the street. I called them to tell them that I was going to be really late. The lady told me to call the number on the door and someone would check me in. Upon my arrival I called the number on the door 2x and also called the establishment. No one answered. I looked and there was Best Western 2 doors down. I have always stayed at Best Western and do not know why I did not schedule my stay with them. Well the first young lady was wonderful at 12:40am. Then this evening I locked my self out of my room and needed change Lacey helped me and she also helped me with trying to get my rewards added. Well for some reason my emails did not show up so I am thinking that the Best Western Milwaukee never did them for me and for the past 17 years I thought I was gaining more points. Nope. With the help of Lacey I will now continue to get my rewards. Too bad she was not the wonder nice person in my past, because I know that she would have made sure that it was done correctly. THANK YOU LACEY FOR ALL YOUR WONDERFUL HELP. This is for the wonderful ladies who work at the Branson West Western Plus at 3257 Shepard Of The Hills Expy, Branson, MO..... I will definitly be back to stay.

Excellent pool for kids to enjoy. Breakfast options made our trip enjoyable.

Clean comfortable room, good breakfast, nice indoor pool and hot tub, friendly staff.

Great, friendly staff. We were underwhelmed with the room- life savers were left in the ice bucket and a lighter was against the bed post floor. Clearly dated and husband felt it had an old smell. Huge pool but very disappointed the hot tub and sauna are roped off for renovation- we booked for these amenities and they were still being advertised on the billboard outside. Would have chosen other property if I’d known hot tub was out. Morning breakfast had a good variety. Hotel is in nice location not directly in the busy-ness of the city but super close. Housekeeping is available by request which we requested- on our last day she came after 7 pm to see if we needed anything.

Kind of disappointing when the hotel advertises having a hot tub and you go downstairs to sit in it only to find that it’s broken. The room appears clean but also not as nice as the photos made it look online. We just arrived today, so can’t say whether the beds are comfortable, but just sitting on them, the mattresses seem cheap.

I booked a room with a huge jet tub. It was for my kids and it was covered with black mold. Then they closed the pool because the key pad couldn't keep people out. So guest couldn't use it. I reported the mold and they didn't clean it. Also the tub was covered in the guest body hair. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting. It's very dated and over priced.

We were very satisfied with our stay! Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful! Room lobby and dining area were all very clean! Breakfast buffet was delicious! Coffee was excellent! Stay was also very affordable!

Loved the sauna, but the hot tub was out. It was the main reason why I picked this hotel over others. That was disappointing. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Tv was rather small.
