After making the reservation, and paying for the stay, my son was not allowed to stay because he had an ID with a local address on it. He has not lived locally for months and was even showing the staff mail with his current address on it. There is nothing stating this policy in their booking information. The hotel is refunding some, but not all of what was paid for the room that he was refused assess to. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.
