This hotel was amazing for our bigger family. We had 2 rooms to accommodate our family of 6. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with joining rooms. The rooms were nice and spacious. All of the facilities were clean and working great. Our family enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. We will be staying here again in the future.

Before I booked this hotel I called & confirmed that there was an indoor pool. I had 3 little boys that wanted to swim. That was the reason for choosing this hotel. When we arrived we were told, no pool! I could not get a refund. I left & rented a different hotel with a pool. I would not recommend this Clarion Inn. They didn't even act like they wanted to help.

It is an older hotel and in the process of some updating. It is a good location but on busy Highway 76. We went for a much, much needed break. Our room was clean but the beds were uncomfortable. I still have a backache 2 days later. My husband called literally 4 hours before our arrival while we were still at home to make sure whether there was an indoor pool and hot tub. The answer was only an outside pool. We got there (no bathing suits packed due to aforementioned phone call) and there was indeed an indoor pool and hot tub (both open). Seriously? The front desk employee did not know this? Breakfast was in a separate locked building. Many people had trouble getting in not expecting it to be locked. Breakfast could definitely have been improved on. The stairwells were absolutely filthy with cigarette butts and trash. Discarded mattresses were an eyesore. Would only stay again if nothing better is available, knowing not to ask questions.

The only thing I can say about this hotel is that it at least wasn't dirty. From the moment we checked in, the staff was almost never at the front desk. The only parking was up a hill (because the closer spots were already full), and there were no bell carts available at 9:45 PM. We finally get to our room, which is very small (but that was fine), and find that every outlet was unseated in the walls. Not only was that a fire hazard, but the plugs barely worked. We needed towels at one point and had to go get them ourselves. There were no working vending machines, so we had to go to Walmart down the road in the freezing cold at 10:15 at night to get water. We were not impressed.

The pool area was under construction no hot tub available There was garbage and trash all over On the outside and on the inside by the trash barrels The breakfast was not in the breakfast area because it was under construction also breakfast was ok. They need to tell you if the ammenties are not open.

This Hotel is painfully outdated. It appears this hotel hasn’t been updated since the Baldknobber gang was still roaming The Ozarks. Such a shame since it is in such a prime location! Do better Clarion!
