The mattress was great. Motel/hotels usually have such HARD mattresses and I get no sleep. This one was awesome. The pillows were also really nice. The suite was clean. Yes, the furniture and appliances in the kitchen are dated, but they all worked just fine. We would stay again. The staff were competent and friendly. The hotel is close to Highway 76 and all the attractions.

If your looking for a family friendly place to stay you have found it! This place is super clean, all staff were friendly, clean pool, clean rooms, comfortable beds, mini fridge, microwave, elevator, push carts for luggage. Pool times are the best 7am-11pm!!! We had a girls weekend of me, my mom, my 2 daughters and niece and we had the best time at this hotel!!!! You will be truly missing out on a clean environment and friendly staff by not staying here. This is our new Branson home away from home, oh and ur right by the *****!!!

The location is excellent-right next to Tanger Mall and the staff was very friendly. However, you could tell the room had been renovated, but it not been done well! The kitchenette was very small and this is nothing like a condo. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is probably not your place. We took a chance because we found a good deal but we were disappointed and will not stay here again!

Loved being able to have the kitchenette without having to fork over a ton of money. Clean unit and very friendly staff. Smoke detector needed a battery and the staff was very responsive and came right up to replace.

We were told when we booked our trip that the Oakridge property was recently completely remodeled & we would be staying in a beautiful condo. We were given the website to look at the property and the website shows beautiful photos. That is not the room that we were given. Nor do I believe those rooms even exist in the property. When we questioned the front desk, we were told that the entire property was sold out. However, at no time in the 5 days that we were there, were there ever more than 15 vehicles in the parking lot. The front desk personnel is less than friendly. They appear to dislike their job and when concerns or questions were brought to their attention, all they could do is blame someone or something else, it was not their concern, or their fault, or their responsibility to correct it.

Was exactly what we needed. We got to use the pool, the grill and slept great in our room! Plus you don't hear a single neighbor! Usually in hotels you hear kids running in the hall but there wasn't any of that. Bonus is that we were right by all of the attractions!!!

Room was clean and bed's were ok, there's not enough coffee packs for the room so ask for extra before you go up. They do not have breakfast for guest in the morning, that was the 1 turn off. You might want to go early to find the hotel, it not easy to find after dark.

This property is not renovated and was in very bad shape! The couch was shedding it’s pleather covering all over our arms and clothes! Mismatched and scratched furniture was only matched by the non-microwaveable dishes. You couldn’t even warm a cup of coffee or heat up leftovers.

Great staff, clean rooms, & the pool was nice after a hot day. Great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again. We are an LGBTQ couple & felt so welcomed here. Front desk staff are very helpful
