The rooms were nice, but one of my employees had an issue with her room. The pullout sofa was stained on the outer/top cushion, as well as the bottom of the inner cushion (bed) was horrible. She didn't want to complain but she said she will contact the front desk to let them know. It could easily be steam cleaned. But the rest of the rooms were nice.

the apartment is a good size but there was a very unpleasant smell the sofas were very stained and looked dirty there was a lot of dust as if it had not been inhabited for months

Resort had lots for the kids to do. Inside and outdoor pool, activity room, mini golf, playground, volleyball and grills. The Maintenance guy was great - fixing our video box in our room. Be aware you only have things like dishwasher soap, laundry soap and coffee filters for a day, so add those to your grocery list.

Really good, loved the washer and dryer in the unit. If I had to list one downfall maybe that would of been nice to have was a small vacuum so no cleaning was needed from maid service.

Price was good, Location is good, Unit is not updated, lots of wear and tear, cleanliness was not good, I did not see any live bugs in the unit, but lots of dead bugs in windows sills and window tracks. scraps of wrappers laying around. needed vacuuming. I don't want to be too hard on the ownership/management because it just could be a house keeping failure.

The condo was large and roomy, but it definitely needs to be renovated: older drapes, green carpet, round knob bathroom faucets, no usb available and outlets were behind tables and desks to plug in power blocks. They charge $4 a day to stream Netflix or any other service. The elevator was quick and several luggage carts were available to use.
