The rooms were nice, but one of my employees had an issue with her room. The pullout sofa was stained on the outer/top cushion, as well as the bottom of the inner cushion (bed) was horrible. She didn't want to complain but she said she will contact the front desk to let them know. It could easily be steam cleaned. But the rest of the rooms were nice.

the apar**ent is a good size but there was a very unpleasant smell the sofas were very stained and looked dirty there was a lot of dust as if it had not been inhabited for months

Rooms and location were great for our stay. The lake and dam were a short drive away. Also a short drive away was a great paved walking trail near the water. Swimming access was located just off this trail.

I was dumb and thought I got a deal- 3 night stay at a suite for $180 if I do their timeshare presentation. We've stayed with Hilton before and loved it. Stayed at fall Creek before and loved it. *If you have fallen for this and bought the package, you have 30 days to cancel your registration. Just so much easier to be treated like an individual and not buy it than have to make multiple calls to salespeople who are tired of explaining everything costs more and there's essentially no hope for a good outcome.* I was not told it was a studio suite and was wanting it to be for a family vacation. So, I could've upgraded for an extra $50 a night. For fire hazard reasons, you are only allowed "2 heartbeats" in the room, even though it has a foldout couch. If you stay there on your own accord without the "deal", you will have a much better experience. Staff at the accommodations are great. Room was ok. They're upgrading it, so it will all be newer soon.

I stopped in Des Moines on my way home from Minneapolis. This hotel was very reasonably priced compared to other's in the area.
Bed was great and so was the shower. Great parking for my truck and trailer. Will definitely stay here again.

The Suites at Fall Creek are in a good location to access all of the shows and parks. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that the hot tub had some issues. I would be happy to go there again.

Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The room looked like it had been redone, so it was very nice. The room gets an excellent rating. The buildings at the Suites are in two separate places. Where we were was at the back of the area, and one needs to travel up to the front part of the property to use the pools or other amenities. And as for amenities, one has to pay $12 per day for amenities, which is excessive, especially if one makes little use of them. One has to assume that the fee is partially for the wi-fi, but our room was limited to only two devices, and no streaming. If one wanted more than that, you have to pay for an upgraded service, on top of the $12 per day you are already paying. There are many places in Branson where one can get all the amenities for no additional charge.

The Condo was amazing.. so very nice and clean.. the Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.. had all the amenities you needed as you would in your own home..we truly enjoyed our stay here diffidently will come back.. also the staff was over and beyond with any help we needed ❤️

We have stayed at the Suites since 1995 before it was the Suites. We are comfortabe being there and always have a good time.
