The rooms were nice, but one of my employees had an issue with her room. The pullout sofa was stained on the outer/top cushion, as well as the bottom of the inner cushion (bed) was horrible. She didn't want to complain but she said she will contact the front desk to let them know. It could easily be steam cleaned. But the rest of the rooms were nice.

the apartment is a good size but there was a very unpleasant smell the sofas were very stained and looked dirty there was a lot of dust as if it had not been inhabited for months

The room is a bit dated and definitely paper thin walls. Finding the room was a bit crazy, especially at night. The resort area is broken up so my room was like a half mile from the office and the buildings not too clearly marked. The staff was friendly and willing to provide you with things you may need for your room. It would've been nice to receive a list of items they carry for free at check-in. I was disappointed when finding out I had to pay to play the games in the game room. The mini golf course was nice and I didn't get to use the pool or hot tub on the property due to so many activities planned for the stay. Branson is definitely a tourist town and prices reflect it. I probably wouldn't stay at this resort again especially with so many other options around the area.

Our favorite place in Branson! We love how clean and well kept this place is! Beds are always clean and comfortable! Perfect place for families! Our crew of 6 always sleeps great and we are always well taken care of!

The staff was so nice and friendly, they even let you know of places and things to do while your there. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, the pool was clean and nice. We loved the fact you could go "rent" out things to do there for free and had a activity room the playground and golf was also fun to do
