We have stayed the Willow Ridge Lodge many, many times. It is by far my favorite place in Branson to stay. Absolutely tremendous in every way.

The property was okay. We arrived at the property around 2:00 on the day of check-in. We asked if it was possible to check-in to the room a little early. We were then told check-in was 4:00 and they didn’t have anything available at the time. That wasn’t a problem for us and we were fine with that answer but it felt like we were being scolded for even asking to check-in early. Not a warm welcome to the property. The front desk staff took our number and told us they would call when a room was ready. 30 minutes later we were called. We were placed in a handicap room on the ground floor which was ok but not what I reserved. The room was cleaned once while we were there for a four day stay. Plenty of activities to do at the hotel and surrounding area. The staff seemed professional but not overly friendly.

This was my second stay at this property. Was not disappointed. Even though they had some construction going on, they kept me apprised of the changes before I arrived. The room requested was spot on! The housekeeping was great! The 1 bedroom was very clean, nice furnishings, and had everything you need for cooking a meal. Mossimo in activities dept, was very friendly and helpful with craft. There were many activities scheduled throughout the day. Michael, the Elvis impersonator, was great! The evening happy hour was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. The outdoor pool was closed for the season, but looked very nice. The indoor pool was nice, but was full of children in the evenings, so I couldn't enjoy then.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and provided all necessary basic equipment. Our trip was during an ice/snow storm. The property maintenance crew worked diligently to make sure the sidewalk and walkways were salted and clear. Would stay here again.
