Very easy and simple booking process. Jennifer helped me at my stay that worked at the hotel. She helped with all my questions, gave me a tour of the hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable. It’s older but well up kept. We had breakfast 4 days. The 2 servers who run the breakfast area are super. They tag team perfectly, are friendly and make you feel at home. A big shout out to Tabatha. 2 nd day she had our drinks down. ( 2 coffee 1 decaf and 1 tea). She knew where we usually sat and was pouring our drinks before we got to the table. These types of employees are worth their weight in gold for customer satisfaction.

The photos online show an indoor pool and waterside. As soon as we checked in the young guy working says “yeah everybody is getting mad because the pictures online don’t match the hotel”. He goes on to explain how it’s been bought out and those amenities are no longer available. He then says yeah and our restaurant is down. The workers were nice and all but then she said well your kids can play board games. Which was nice but really not a great comparison. The sheets and duvet were stiff as a board and the pillows were flat. It is a good location.

I am only giving this review because there was nothing to do. We came down to go to the indoor pool ,for my daughter’s birthday, that was pictured on google when we looked up the website. We had been at this location before and really enjoyed the pool. When we got there they told us they don’t own the property with the pool that is still on the website. They had mini golf but everything is frozen. The hotel was nice and did fine if I was just needing a hotel. It was very disappointing.

We had an amazing stay with friends. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and made the stay fun. The night receptionist hides little ducks around for the kids to find. So much fun! We enjoyed our stay.
