When we got to the hotel, the day that we were supposed to be checking in, we were met by the manager from the hotel who informed us that they’re closed! He said he called us but he never did - checked my records...
We had to find a new place last minute - thankfully it was off-season and we were able to find other accommodations.

We had to leave our hotel two days early due to a death in the immediate family, and Scenic Hills Inn would not refund our hotel for those two days. This lack of compassion on the part of Scenic Hills Inn just added to our grief and anguish. They care more about money than people.

Good motel for the price ..but one big draw back ..no microwaves in the room ..most motels have microwaves but this one doesnt ..I personally like a microwave in a room and think it needs one ..so maybe thats was my gripe in my stay ..Anyway alright

Nice stay and good location. Reasonably priced and less than several others we checked. Issue with what we were charged for second night stay but it was resolved. Comfortable beds, pillows. Blackout curtain. Delicious breakfast and Nathan, a very nice young man, did an excellent job taking care of everything so well for guests in breakfast room. Plenty of food choices. Parking lot was on a hill. Pool looked clean although too cool for swimmers in March. Would probably stay here again.

We stayed here in October and we liked it so much we went December. We will always stayed here. The staff were very nice. They have a good breakfast.

When checked in and went to room toilet was self flushing every 2 min. Sink was dripping and tub faucet too.
Asked to switch rooms.
In new room mattresses was on metal frame that stuck out and could run into with leg.
Sink faucet was dripping.
We left for the day at 9am. Came back at 8pm.
Our door was open. Was not closed and locked when cleaning had been done in morning.
Went to office to let know that room door was open. Was not concerned that was left open. Told I wanted a manager to know that the door was open.
1st time stayed was good. This 2nd time was not. Will not be staying again.
