We had no idea the water park was in middle of renovation and no one says anything we end up got money back went another hotel

Me and my family stayed here for a trip to Branson. I love that we were all able to sleep in the same room (there were a total of 7, one being a baby). I recommend.

Blood stains on sheets, hole in mattress, water park section out of commission, TV doesn’t work, bathroom tile very dirty

We didn’t know the water park was closed until after our non refundable booking.
I waited in the front for at least 15 minutes. They said call a number for help and I did that. And no phone rang after all the options. The guy was fine when they helped me and apologized. Just frustrating.
It seems like it will be cool once it gets the pool open. Will try again if the rates are good.

Everyone was wonderful at the hotel staff was friwndly breakfast was great. The watee park waa under construction but thwy compensated us for that and our trip was wonderful!
