I was hosted at the Hotel Saint Paul Plaza for a long period in that year of 2022 and I have to thank you only for the hospitality and different treatment received. The very demanding staff and the manager Rosa do everything to feel really at home. Excellent service, coffee and concern with each of the guests, so that you can enjoy a pleasant and happy moment in Brazil.

The hotel is very organised and has expert professionals who practice empathy with guests, careful to their main needs and possibilities. Congratulations to the professionals MATEUS and VITOR, who have worked with great sensitivity with me when I had to make a video of homenage to a sister, in addition to the specific tasks. Congratulations to LAILA and THIAGO professionals who have sensitively understood the need to place a family with special needs in a apartment near the lift. I recommend hosting at Quality Hotel Brazil! I want to return forever!

This is quite a big hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with balcony. Helpfull and friendly staff. Great location - easy walk to a nearby shopping mall, as well as many of Brasilia's sights. Extremely good value for money - so much that when I booked I thought there was some kind of error in price and at the same time I feared that the property would not be as listed. BUT everything was perfect at the end and I had a very pleasant stay. I recommend!

The breakfast was pleasant, and the staff was aware. Unfortunately, the facilities are bad: the trailers are nothing soft and there are intense dirt in the room, which make you want to go though ... the below of the hotel stopped in the time, there in 1995.. old TVs, switches and air conditioning.. Service failure: I was installed in a room sticked on the lift and turned to a work on the other side of the street. No sound isolation. The night was very badly sleeping and, from 6:00, I was waking for external noise. I do not recommend, but I will return to a re-assessment if the points mentioned are met!

I stayed at Windsor Brasilia for a business trip. I got an early flight so I arrived at the hotel 9:30 that means I needed an early check in. Luckily Thayssa from the front desk made that happen and I had just to pay a breakfast fee. Plus she was so nice to get me a room upgrade so I got a room with a nice and cozy bathtub. Breakfast is really good and Antonio, restaurant manager, is always available to make sure you get everything you need (I recommend the omelette and the nespresso which is free in the breakfast). The room is really good, nice bed, and strong shower. AC is built in so sometimes I had a hard time to control the temperature during the night (too cold from time to time). Hotel amenities are also really good. Nice swimming pool, gym fits the purpose for an aerobic exercise (life fitness treadmills) and a roomy lobby. Employees are always nice and really try to do the needful to help you. Hotel location is central in Brasilia. Just 15 minutes from the international airport and 2 minutes walking from a Shopping Center where you can have lunch for example at Outback Steakhouse. In a nutshell, Windsor Brasilia has the best benefit-cost ratio in town.

This is the first and only Brasilian hotel I have stayed at. Property was clean. Room was clean. Kichenette was really nice in the room. Breakfast, included, was good. The restaurant was also very nice. Room layout was good. Mattress less than average for business hotels. The issues that lowered the score and made this unacceptable were: 1) Internet was intermittent and unusable in the evenings. Completely out for hours on other days. Seemed to be a load issue. For me internet is more important than electricity for light. Other minor things. 2) sink backed up. - Not corrected for the 5 days I was there. 3) Colleague was given a room that was cigar contaminated - had to switch rooms. 4) Hot water was not hot. 5) I used a coffee capsule for the Keurig style (nice) coffee. Was not replaced for 4 days. 6) The desk staff did not speak English, French, German or Chinese, my only working languages. I can't recommend a hotel without reliable internet for business. I also noted that the room electricity was mandatory cut when the guest leaves the room. I had left my laptop on which had the result of running the battery dead. If there was a live plug to recharge laptop, etc. when the guest is in the room, it should be more clearly identified.

Location and Access – Brasilia is one of the most famous “planned” cities in the World and the St Moritz is of course in a hotel zone. It is within walking distance of several of the city’s sights, but it has to be said that Brasilia does not seem to have been designed with the pedestrian in mind. Within the immediate vicinity of the hotel are a couple of small bars and a very tiny convenience store. Eateries can be found in a large mall (Shopping Conjunto Nacional) across the road (accessed by a steep flight of concrete steps and across a large car park). 20 to 25 minutes by car from Brasilia Airport Google Earth – The hotel can be seen on Street View Architectural Style – A high rise 20 (21) storey building surrounded by similar Reception – Check in and check out dealt with efficiently and professionally. As I speak no Portuguese, I found the front of house staff very helpful in ordering room service and also assisting with a complicated check in for a flight Public Areas – There is a small manicured garden at the entrance with a water feature. In the reception area comfortable settees. On the roof top an enclosed very contemporary dining room and an open area with splash pool, sunbathing, steam room and jacuzzi (extra cost for the latter) all with fantastic city views. Décor and maintenance all clean and fresh. 4 lifts operated by key card for security were reasonably efficient serving floors up to floor 20 and a separate lift connecting floor 20 to the roof top Guest Rooms – Mine was on the 12th floor and had a kitchenette with huge fridge, microwave and breakfast bar a bedroom with seating area and a bathroom. The shower in particular will linger long in my memory with an unlimited powerful supply of hot water Furnishings and fittings were all of good quality and cleanliness excellent Unfortunately, a few negative points. No tea or coffee making facilities. The TV was in an awkward situation and needed two remote controls to work - changing channels was problematic as was adjusting volume – and in any case only one English language channel. WiFi was OK. The close proximity of the next door apartment block meant that if the bathroom door was open or net curtains pulled back privacy was somewhat compromised! Food Offering - During my stay the restaurant was open for breakfast only. This was generally excellent quality although only a small range of hot items and no eggs cooked to order. I ordered room service on two occasions and as the hotel was full there was a long wait for delivery. Price quantity and quality was however very good Value for Money – I was content with the amount I paid bearing in mind the ridiculously high cost of hotel accommodation in other capital cities around the World X Factor – Sited in a fairly central location the hotel is a great base for anyone wanting to explore the city. Good hotel. but the trip left something to be desired. I arrived at the hotel and what. I was told that the reservation was for one person and not for 2 adults and 1 child as I had researched.

I am a frequent guest of this hotel ever since it used to be Blue Tree Park. There were several improvements over the year after they changed the hotel chain. Still there are some caveats I can highlight. I spent 3 nights at Royal Tulip for the Children's Day and Our Lady Aparecida Holiday in Brazil. I booked the luxury category room (5th floor at the end of the corridor, balcony with view to lake and the pool) While check-in the receptionist told me there were no room available as per my request. So for the 1st night I stayed in another room with view only to the lake. For the 2nd night after I insisted to be shifted to another room, they arranged in the actual room I was looking and paid for. Other two must-be-improved are the dinner option and the pool maintenance. The Herbs Restaurante as well as The Old Barr are very expensive places where there are no good selection of food, specially for kids. I had dinner at both places in 2 nights and the food was not tasty and it was very salty. So, the last thing about the pool. Unfortunately the pool was in bad condition. Apparentely missing serious and dedicated maintenance care.There was a lot of mud at the bottom of the pool, specially in the center part. My son, my wife and lot of guests were noticing a very dark and disgusting layer of mud spread all over the pool causing people to causing people to slip when they put their feet on the bottom of the pool. Overall the hotel is great, the nature surrounding is wonderful and the lake view is amazing. However these are the negative things the Hotel Managers and Leaders must look after and take care in order to improve customer experience. Thanks, Elcio M.
