Beautiful hotel great spa and location

We have been hosted in Sportul Hotel for two nights as part of our annual year end company party. The location of this hotels comolex is most probably the best in Poiana Brasov, few meters from the beginners ski slopes and one of the cable cars. The hotels are also among the oldest in the area and have been refurbished lately. Generally, they offer good conditions though the refurbishment has been done with rather cheap materials as the phonic insulation of the room is poor while there were constant technical issues in the rooms. Food was average in quality though service was very good with the personnel always smiling and happy to help.

Great location and very nice room! Clean and cosy. Food este nice, still 5 stats. It's probably one of the best places from Poiana Brasov. We hardy recommend this place for business and family trips 👌 🙌 😊 We had our trip in November, so nu snow but was nice

We booked this hotel for 5 days during the children's holiday. The location is very nice although rather old as you can notice in some of he areas. The spa was quite relaxing and spacious. Big plus for cleaning! We had dinner every night there and must say the food is exceptional. The reason it doesn' t get 5 stars from me is: one night there was a waitress that was very annoying and kept insisting in bringing us food and drinks that we didn't want. Except her all the staff was extremly kind.

The hotel is walking distance from the center of the resort. The route access is newly renovated and easy to access. The rooms are elegant and refurbished in a pleasant manner. The restaurant is designed in a classic style, but has many pillar making some tables a little bit uncomfortable, but the terrace is really a nice place to have a meal. The food was delicious and tasty, but unfortunately I have experienced only the buffet products.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. We were a little disappointed with the food quality for a 4 star hotel and the prices charged. The room was nice however, one day before leaving we noticed a thick layer of dust behind the bed side table by the wall. The spa and pool facilities are worth it and enjoyable. The staff was very nice as well.
