Hotel is not in the best area. Its a normal hotel . Its enought clean. The lady from reception and other personal should try to respect more their costumers. We didnt get any information. We try to uptade our rooms but the lady was telling us ,that we will stay where she will want . Very disappointed. Disgusted about the attitude of this arogant woman ! It was very late, and we were tired , so we didnt had a choice . We will never back to this hotel, and i really hope some people will read my review, so they wont be treated bad. Shame on your pesonal

We booked 3 identical rooms, two without air conditioning and one with... but for the same price... unhelpful staff, the first only spoke Romanian, the breakfast to forget on the first day at 9am there were no more croissants... the second one they no longer had any at 8.10... without parking..... I don't recommend it... very bad
