Clarion Congress Hotel Bratislava

There is quit a short distance to central station, good location. I am satisfied with the breakfasts when stayed in Bratislava 3 days.

Feeling disappointed when stepped into the room 510. The room is super hot due to sunset direction and no ventilation was switched on. Despite requested the windows to be opened there was still a double concealed window, air or wind cannot entered. I didn't understand the trainee staff at the reception was doing. She knew nothing and not helpful until a senior staff came and we suggested her for a fan and changed room. Room was changed to 421 which has the ventilation. Thanks for their helpfulness to resolve it. But I won't visit it again due to their culture sustainability and green which has totally destroyed our mood for holidays. I took the picture of the building. That was the fifth floor which covered the double panels and no wind at all even the windows are opened.

The hotel is perfectly located for travelers planning to travel by train. It's close to the train station, yet quiet. The breakfasts are excellent

There were not much fatalities in your room and air conditioning is central and cant be adjusted for you. The mattress is very soft. The location is good

Everything is good. Location is close to main train station, very convenient, but far from the center, 30 minutes walk Breakfast is delicious

The hotel from the bus station with a bus is about 15 minutes with bus 42 , then walking about 8 minutes to the hotel or use a bolt , nice breakfast, very good , clean room there was a sparkling water kept in the room, which was nice but I prefer still water.

I had a lovely stay at Clarion Congress Hotel Bratislava. Even though it was quite cold outside, the welcome I received was warm and genuine, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided pleasant, attentive service throughout my stay. The coffee machine in the room was a great touch, perfect for starting the day, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a cozy and enjoyable experience—I would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel as it is in the name. Exceeded my expectations. The room was great, bathroom also. The shower is rainfall, very nice pressure. Bed super comfy. Wifi is fantastic. Staff really friendly and helpful. Right next to the train station, very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, definitely get the breakfast!
