Beautiful hotel. The rooms are lovely and the jacuzzi was such an amazing final touch. The check in staff were so nice and everything about our stay was perfect. Lovely buffet breakfast with great coffee. Couldn’t have asked for more. Location is perfect for exploring Bratislava and for accessing transport links. Truly a 5* service. The staff there need a special mention for their outstanding professionalism and kindness.

Excellent location to reach the historic center, cleanliness and extreme courtesy at reception! Three of us stayed on the nights of 27 and 28 April 2024... the room was BEAUTIFUL... clean and comfortable! The (excellent) price includes covered parking space and breakfast... I recommend it to everyone ＜3

I stayed there for 2 nights in a room with a jacuzzi. The staff speaks English and some of them speak German. Every contact with the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and the view of the trees in the courtyard is really nice. The breakfast is varied and even has a few Slovakian specialties. All in all a really pleasant experience.

This hotel is a four star hotel located in the old town. The rooms we got seemed very old, the photos of the rooms on internet have nothing in common with reality. The hotel needs refurbishment. The service is not the best we have experienced. Breakfast is average.

Nice clean room with very comfortable beds. We were facing the road but there was no traffic noise. Breakfast choice was extensive and all the staff were very friendly. It's just a short walk to the Old Town and I'd definitely use it again.
The negatives: there was no bar in the evening and the restaurant isn't open in the evenings but the set meal price for lunch looked very good. There are other restaurants in the area which were good but when it's cold (we went for the Chris**as markets) it would be nice to eat in the hotel. Small complaints though

The website where I made the reservation for the hotel mentions a deposit fee. The receptionist asked for a 50 EUR deposit fee, which has never been charged in a hotel before and is stated on the website. He said that if we do not pay, we will not be able to stay. I have seen such an application for the first time, I have visited about 20 countries. Also, it was very cold. And there was a very strong smell in the room. I do not recommend it at all.

The room was a little small, but the facilities were just right. I was pleasantly surprised that the single room had a bathtub. The breakfast lineup featured local ingredients, and there were desserts that I wanted to eat but gave up on because I was full, so I'd like to go again. The coffee for breakfast is always freshly brewed and delicious. The location was also interesting, close to the square where many locals gather, shops, supermarkets, and tram stops to various destinations. There is a Vietnamese restaurant in the alley opposite the hotel, and the Blue Church is also very close. I was excited to be able to buy fashionable clothes and souvenir sweets while shopping with the locals.
