we really enjoyed our stay - nice room (suite), nice staff, nice breakfast :) The hotel is definetely not centrally located but for our needs (festival) is was just perfect Also the garage is a very good service, the car always cool(ed) ;)

Hotel non certo più economico di altri. Anzi.... Difficoltà di comunicazione in Inglese. La camera nulla di che, anche se pulita. La finestra che dà sul terrazzo (pulito l'ultima volta il secolo scorso) non chiude. Entra il rumore del traffico nonché la pioggia. In compenso dal box doccia, anch'esso rotto, l'acqua esce sul pavimento del bagno. Il piatto doccia non scarica, e dopo 1 minuto di doccia l'acqua arriva alle caviglie. L'aciugacapelli non funziona. Avevamo chiesto un terzo cuscino per nostra figlia, che come unica soluzione poteva dormire con noi nel letto matrimoniale. Non ci è stato fornito. Alle nostre rimostranze, al.mattino, una bella alzata di spalle e un I don't understand.... P.S. dalle 22 in albergo non è possibile relazionarsi con nessuno.

It was our second stay in year 2022 there and we were again very satisfied. We visited the Advent market in the old town and also a few sights there again. We recommend a visit to Bratislava (really a nice and beautiful town).

Un hotel che dista pochi minuti dalla Ondrej Nepela Arena. La stanza ben attrezzata (anche ferro da stilo a disposizione!) e spaziosa. La colazione abbondante, l'unica pecca è che venendo dall'Italia, il caffe della macchinetta non era all'altezza... Le personale gentile e disponibile e per andare all'evento all'Arena è ideale!

Got a surprise as an extra charge for a kid on check-in while booking was confirmed for 2+1. Manager/director doesn't agree with my complain and seems believe they are right charging extra cost comparing to what you for in your booking confirmation. Poor air conditioning, didn't notice it on the reception and in corridors.

The highlight of our stay to Bratislava was the room! It was a suite but I didn’t expect it to be as nice as it was, it even had tho bathrooms. Nearby are many restaurantes and mini markets, and a nice park at a walking distance. If I go back to the city, I’m definitely staying at this hotel again.

Location and staff could not have been better. Will be there again. The breakfast was excellent and the park next door was a great place to jog. I only read English and did not understand that street parking was not for overnight so that should be made clear to future guests.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast could be more different from day to day. Friendly staff. Good located to all sport facilities near by. Dayly room service. I will come back. 400m to tram and bus station. Arena Ondreja Nepalu just 300m away.
