Truly quiet night and the room was all clean and intact. Breakfast was of excellent choice, fresh and very good quality. The hotel has an open pub on the ground floor accessible from the street and receptionist works also as a bar tender or the other way round. Very polite service. No issues with the parking on the hotel’s courtyard.

I give this hotel chain the lowest score ! We arrived at the Agoda Hotel ”Centro Hotel Celler Tor” in Braunschweig, Germany on March 7 at 23:00 p.m. at Yagodin (Ukraine / Poland) border with my wife and gender in 2 cars, we were embarked on my family The receptionist welcomed us with the circumstances of the smile, offered 3 rooms for €256. For the same choice on the hotel's website the price was €216. The receptionist therefore advised us to book online. Thing is done with online payment. All was ok. It is just the time to give us the chamber keys that he asks for a vaccination certificate. I explain to him that the French have a vaccine pass on their phone, but that in the hurry of departure my Ukrainian family will not be able to present it. This gentleman, apparently uninformed about the dramatic situation in Ukraine, has only complied with the regulation of the German hotel chain, he has categorically explained us to leave. No humanist from his side, a 3-month baby and a 80-year-old grandmother left him completely unturbable. After much insistence, we were in the street, and then on a motorway area to ”sleep” at 10 in 2 cars. The hotel has been very close to the hotel and the hotel has been very close to the hotel. One night in the car for a Babouchka, a 3-month baby, 1 2.5-year-old child and another 6-year-old child, at a temperature of -1°, for €216, no refund possible!... is the Agoda hospitality .... in Braunschweig in Germany! Book this hotel on a business trip, staying close to the customer's accommodation, the hotel is a traditional European architectural style, ancient and elegant, with a sense of history. Hotel staff will not be Chinese, others are acceptable. Breakfast is plentiful.

We already reserved a hotel room for one night at the above branch through the official website on the day of July 06, 2020 and arrived there on July 09, 2020 at around 9:30 a.m. to check in and at least drop off our luggage and find out about the to inform the city. However, the receptionist informed us that she could neither check us in nor accept our luggage, let alone use the toilet in front of the reception. According to her statement, we have to understand that all this is due to the limited opening hours, which however were not mentioned anywhere on the website and booking confirmation of the above hotel. She confirmed this missing information (as of 10:00 on the same day). We were therefore in vain on the way from Braunschweig's main train station to the hotel and had to lose time and travel costs unnecessarily. The receptionist mentioned also said that we had only reserved the room but not yet paid the fee and that the reservation was only valid from 2 p.m. Therefore, we would not yet be hotel guests and would not officially have permission to stay in the entrance area and check-in would also only be possible at 2 p.m. So we didn't get a city map - until we asked them for this - nor did we get any further, alternative information about our extremely helpless situation and information about where authentic restaurants in the city are located. We understand that the Corona pandemic will result in some changes in hotel operations; however, we would have wished, as a guest in the B&B hotel, to experience more understanding, courtesy and hospitality on our trip, as we already knew from another B&B branch in Göttingen, for example.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und das Bett bot ein guten Liegekomfort. Die Größe war für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder wählen.

Nice central location, huge rooms, great outdoor terrace (although it does need some weeding!) We really enjoy our two nights here. The only area of improvement would be the addition of a washing machine, otherwise, all good!

Chinese people do not have slippers and toothbrushes on business, and they are finished in Germany. . Parking is charged, and it seems to be 9 Euros a night. . The location is superb, one step away from the railway station and the pedestrian street. If you don't drive, you should be very convenient! The room was especially strange. There was a large patio outside the window. It was facing the window of other rooms. The patient who was sneaked like me could only pull the curtains all the time. The front desk can provide breakfast packaged business, and you can have a simple breakfast at 5 o'clock. This service is really good. The shower room and toilet in the room are separated and the cleanliness is good.

A hotel located on the edge of Wolfsburg, 7 min drive, very quiet and careful. Unfortunately only breakfast possibility and a cheese hotel on the evening. We had a spacious room with living room and kitchenette. Unfortunately, the washing was not done during our stay and the 2 cleaners also do not use moist fabric or a dust cleaner for the floor during cleaning. If you stay somewhere for 5 days, this would be allowed for the price you pay. I would like to come back here to make a long walk with the dog, because it is located right at the forests in the surrounding area.

We stay at the high-end luxury hotels regularly. When you pay a high room rate and it’s a 5 star hotel you expect service I’m not saying this is not a good hotel only there is some room for improvement. Check in was not what we expected from past Ritz stays. Nobody in front of the hotel. Nobody to help with luggage or to park the car. We went in and the employee at the front desk was friendly. We had to ask for luggage assistance and valet parking though. Not what you would expect! (the Ritz in Berlin knows how this works so maybe they need some education) The room was very nice. Large layout with a very good balcony. The view was nice (both in the day and in the evening/night) Large bathroom and large shower. No bath tube (which was ok) The balcony had a large table with chairs so you could eat and drink wine on the balcony. Also large chairs for relaxing and the privacy was better than expected. The bed is comfy, I always sleep like a baby in The Ritz. The location is right in the center of autostadt. Very nice and the park is also good for evening walks. We enjoyed the park very much. Very clean. We had dinner on one night. The food was ok but not 5-star quality. The pricing was 5-star quality. Value for money is not in balance. The pool was great. Water temperature was a big plus (coming from hotels without pool heating) the view is nice. The service in the spa is above and beyond. The ladies working there are the best. Breakfast was good. Quality of the food is high. Most of the waiters are very friendly and pro-active. There was one guy who comes to mind. He stood above the rest with regards of proactive service. Very good coffee. Check out was better than check in. The manager reacted pro active on our comments. I will not say complaints though it was not the Ritz experience I’m used to.

Wir waren im Zuge des Weber Grillacademy Kurs American BBQ in der Wasserburg. Koch Daniel hat uns mit Witz und Charme durch die verschiedenen Gänge begleitet und angeleitet. Wer wollte, durfte mitmachen. Es gab herrliches Essen rund ums American BBQ und das mehr als man essen kann. Es war ein schöner Nachmittag und kann nur weiterempfehlen werden. Und wer keine Lust auf BBQ oder Grillen hat, der kann es sich auch in Restaurants oder an de Bar gut gehen lassen. Da wird für verschiedene Geschmäcker verschiedenes angeboten und das in hervorragender Qualität und schöner Atmosphäre.
