Bad experience. We paid €300 for a suite and expected much more for the price. As soon as we arrived, they asked us for our credit card at the hotel reception (I thought it was very bad that they had our bank card details) and they didn't have any trolley to carry our bags, at our house we came with a baby and we had to carry all our bags alone without any support. The room had nightlights on the bed that were not working. The hotel does not have a cell phone network. Breakfast had practically nothing. At 6pm we asked for a mixed toast and they said they don't serve snacks, meaning if we want to have a snack we can't, no one does. I thought it was very bad for the price we paid. It should be noted that the bathroom had no place to hang the towels or anywhere to put the soap. I won't go back or recommend it, it seems more than what it is.

We picked this location as we were going to a music festival nearby and taking odd days to explore the area…in between we were hoping to chill by the pool. How disappointed were. The plastic tree that greets you in the reception, is a pretty good representation of what you are going to get…Fake, this place is soulless and fake, but what makes it worse, it’s “tired fake”. From the dirty grubby carpets and chairs, black scuff marks on the once clean white walls and the cheap Italian style melamine furniture now chipped exposing its self for what it really is .. cheap coated chipboard. The first night we booked a table for dinner, on our way out we thought we’d have a drink in the bar first. The bar was empty of customers and bar staff so we made our way to the restaurant. The food was so bad it was comical. The tenderloin I ordered was so tough it should have been served with a chainsaw on the side. Breakfast the next morning was the same odd, awkward experience. But one thing we did realise they were actually other people staying at the hotel, not couples as you’d expect in a spa hotel but large families with lots of kids. We made our way out for the day. On our return we thought we we have a few hours buy the pool, .not possible, the pool was full of screaming children. So next option, sit on the balcony with a drink.. the balcony walls had black mold on them and the wooden deck was almost rotten and didn’t feel safe. Anyway below you had more screaming kids playing ball games. The 2nd morning we woke up and noticed that the 2 coffee pods that we had on the first morning hadn’t been replaced, I asked at reception on the way out and was told I need to pay an extra 1€ per pod after the first night.? Also the shower gel and shampoo were not replenished after the 3rd day I had to go to reception again and ask for them. I could go on… basically this place made us miserable, so miserable we changed our flight home at extra cost and checked out 2 days earlier than we were booked in for, losing the money for those last 2 nights. I would not recommend staying here.

First, I confess that I was a little afraid of going there after the photos and comments I saw here, but I was quite surprised by the positive results. Large room, good bed, large and impeccable bathroom, just mentioning the walls with some scribbles, the carpet on the floor with some stains and the sofa also with stains. The breakfast, despite not being anything extraordinary, was well prepared. Interesting SPA with lots of spaces and a splendid swimming pool outside with a beautiful view, lots of grass and a little bar.... tranquility and friendliness of the staff. In general and just speaking from what I could see, I found it to be quite good, just requiring some more specialized and technical maintenance.

Despite being a 4* hotel, the general wear and tear of the hotel is evident, which from a general maintenance point of view leaves something to be desired. But everything is tolerated (even a mattress measuring just over 5 cm on one of the beds) But what is not tolerated is a huge disregard for a family with two small babies who booked the master suite and then found themselves confronted and abused by a hotel owner because of two scratches on a wall, in a room full of stains, not very clean, infested with insects, poorly equipped in the kitchen, cold due to lack of decentralized control of the air conditioning, without normal hotel services in the common spaces (restaurant with short hours, pseudo room-service) and misleading photos (i.e. there are no animals as advertised). Anyone with children is clearly not welcome and anyone who is given a lot of care that if by some accident they break something, they will be called to reason. And if they don't agree, miraculously they may run out of water. Therefore, with 3 nights reserved to enjoy with the family we decided to leave early because the environment had clearly become hostile. Finally, never again.

Again at this hotel that we really liked. Location, service, facilities…. Everything excellent! Two suggestions for improvement: replacement of mattresses (completely soft and rescued) Charging point for electric vehicles
