Great
GGuest UserExcellent location! It's very close to the airport and offers a dedicated airport shuttle service. The hotel is also just a 5-minute walk from the station, making it incredibly convenient. Narita Omotesando is very close, and you can easily walk to Omotesando, Narita Shinshoji Temple, and the park within 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.
NNuchsarang U.Near the narita station. The room is quite small. There is transporting bus to narita airport but if your flight is early, you should check the time either way the staff. If there is no transporting bus, You can take train to NRT just a few minutes, very easy.
KKuanhuiConvenient Narita Stay
Excellent location near Narita Station, just one stop from Narita Airport (NRT), making it perfect for a pre-flight stay. Rooms are typically small for Japan but very clean. Breakfast choices were limited, but everything offered was delicious. Plenty of restaurants are available near the station, and the lovely Naritasan Omotesando street and Shinsho-ji Temple are only about a 15-minute walk away.
WWoshiyangdaren, qinggeiworangluWhile the hotel is quite old and the rooms are a bit dated, it was very clean and all in-room amenities were fully functional. The hotel's surroundings are quite isolated, making it impossible to order delivery services like UberEats. Guests are therefore limited to dining at the hotel restaurant or purchasing microwaveable ready-meals from the lobby's convenience store. A convenient complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Narita Airport Terminals 1 and 2. The front desk staff also had excellent English proficiency.
AAnonymous UserGreat services with 7-11 in the hotel. Near to Narita airport with free shuttle bus. However the frequency is not high, especially to Aeon mall but in overall was a pleasant stay.
AAnonymous UserAlthough it is a little far from Narita International Airport, we were able to stay in a very quiet environment.
There is a public bus available. There are also comics available, making it a great hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay.
I would like to stay here again with my family.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.
CCOOKIE SHUMy stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience.
The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals.
Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!
NNamiaolinggancacengbiziUpon exiting Narita T1, shuttle buses depart from platform T16. The location is somewhat remote; to reach the city center, you'll need to walk 5 minutes to a bus stop, take a bus to a subway station, and then take the subway into town. The room is equipped with all essential amenities, though charging outlets are limited. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff spoke fluent English.
JJeeda samuiLocation is super and room it ok bed is comfortable but alittle bit small for 2person and no microwave in room another thing is ok and they have free shuttle bus to airport.
GGuest UserHotel is very near to both train stations in Narita, with many places for food, convenience stores, pharmacies, tourist street. It is an older hotel and well maintained and improved.
Staff were mostly hospitable apart from 1 or 2 younger female front desk staff at check in, who did not seem to welcome non Japanese speaking guests, even if they are polite senior citizens. That made the stay less then pleasant despite excellent service from the rest of the hotel staff.
