The fact that this hotel was pet friendly was wonderful. Many hotels advertise they are, and they are not. The hotel was situated in an easy to get to location, not too far from the freeway. The room was clean, and the refrigerator was a bonus. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

GGuest UserI typically stay 100 nights per year in hotel and this location was average or actually slightly below. The check in/out staff was run of the mill - no frowns but no smiles or small talk - just handing over the keys. The room was distressed and the bathrooms need deep clean. Moldy sink area, chipped furniture, noisy A/C, etc..etc. I supposed for the price it may be the best you can get but if you are able to go the extra mile... On both trips to the restaurant for breakfast, the wait staff was awesome! They could teach a thing or two to the desk staff...

GGuest UserI stayed for a night and enjoyed my stay. Rooms were spacious, clean, and sanitized. The staff was professional and courteous. It's also near the uptown Whittier with few options of dining places. I will definitely come back on my next trip since it is so affordable, clean, and courteous staff.
