Very unhappy with my stay. No fresh coffee in the lobby. The worker looks annoyed and unhappy if you ask them a question or ask for fresh coffee. He literally put all of the coffee and supplies away. Beyond rude, no customer service. I had to stay here unfortunately as it was the cheapest room in that particular area. They need CS skills. Kindness goes a long way.

Nous avions pris une chambre non fumeur. Quand on allumait la lumière de la salle de bain, la ventilation se mettait en route et une odeur de cigarette enveloppait toute la pièce.
Des efforts peuvent être fait sur le ménage.
Sinon correct pour le prix.

No hot water at all, shower curtain rod falling off the walls. Crusting circle in carpet. No coffee maker. Check in clerk asking weird questions, if I was alone. Strange men hanging around outside. Noisy in hallway in middle of the night.

The rest of the staff just ignored you.

The only bad thing about the stay was that the bed waa super hard and i didn't get a good night sleep

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, supposed to be non smoking. Water leak on the bathroom floor. Carpet felt nasty to walk on.
