Wat een fijn hotel! Mooie schone ruime standaard kamer, prima voorzien van koffieapparaat met cupjes, wifi en TV. Heerlijke bedden, goede douche. Fijn ontbijt en dicht bij openbaar vervoer (trein station dichtbij). Prettig verblijf!

De kamer was ontzettend smerig. Overal haren, kruimels van eten en de ondefinieerbare spetters op de kasten waren gewoonweg goor. Na inchecken en het zien van de kamer heb ik 30 min op de hotelkamer zitten bellen naar andere hotels in de omgeving en heb ik gelukkig een vervanger gevonden. Gelijk uitgecheckt en de medewerker aan de balie zei dat ik mijn geld terug zou krijgen na het indienen van en klacht bij het hotel. Dat heb ik gedaan maar ik krijg geen contact met het hotel na meerdere pogingen en mijn geld is niet teruggestort. En voor alle vrouwelijke reizigers die ergens solo moeten overnachten heb ik dé tip: ga nooit naar een Bastion Hotel.

Ten eerste moest ik een klein half uur wachten voordat we geholpen werden omdat er een klagend stel voor ons was bij het inchecken Ons 2 persoonsbed zat een grote kuil in , erg slecht bed Na een nachtje (slapen) pijn in mijn rug Gordijnen hingen maar op een paar haakjes Weinig licht in de badkamer Afstandsbediening valt uit elkaar Tv met maar een paar Nederlandse kanalen erg jammer Nadat we savonds weg waren geweest werkte de sleutel/kaart niet om in onze kamer te komen Lift wqs smerig je durfde amper iets aan te raken Het enige positieve was het ontbijt Niet te vergelijken met ons verblijf eerder in het bastion in Arnhem Voor ons geen bastionhotel meer

Very warm welcome upon arrival and we were pleasantly surprised by the changes since our last visit. There is a much more cosy feel to the hotel now with the restaurant area being much closer to the bar and free coffee available throughout our stay. Our (2 twin) rooms were clean and large enough for the two of us to fit comfortably in without falling over each other. There was a good selection of food at dinner and each dish sampled was well prepared. I need to give a big thumbs up to Lise, who treated us like family during our stay.
