Super location in the center of Breda. Staff was friendly and breakfast was ok. Unfortunately not enough umbrella's during rainy day and a bottle of water has to be paid for EUR 2,5 a piece.

Super small room.. with a staircase in the middle of the room I am 1.97 m and the bed was too small My girlfriend was not helped at the counter even though the counter was empty Finally: this morning when I was taking a shower at 11:30 am, someone from housekeeping was in my room... Previous experiences were good. Not at all this time

The concierge staff is unfriendly, the valet parking service is disappointing, and I don't recommend it except for the location. Breakfast is also not satisfactory. Expensive hotel service can't follow

Complete facilities and convenient transportation

Very excited about this hotel! What a beautiful building! Nice spacious room, fantastic breakfast room with an extensive buffet and right in the center but still quiet. We will definitely go back again!

Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. The hotel is located in the city centre and you can park your car in the De Barones car park.

Great hotel in a prime location in the city center. The luxury, comfort, and very beautiful details of the old church are everywhere!

Super good nice hotel only super bad from trip.com I had taken the execution room but no terrace or bath in the room so I think that's bad from trip.com because they don't add that

We chose this hotel as they advertised themselves as a luxury hotel. This is completely false advertising. The hotel’s website for the room we booked showed photos of a beautiful large bathroom with a bathtub, sink and shower as well as a spacious room. What we actually received was a small room with an open shower stall with NO door and a separate toilet and sink right in the room! Not a bathtub in sight or any space at all. No hairdryer or wastebasket in the “bathroom” either. Scratchy sheets. Very disappointing after we paid a premium price for our room. We definitely did not get what we were supposed to. This hotel needs a lot of improvement in the service department. A very bad experience and we will not be staying here again in the future.

I stayed here on a recent trip to the Netherlands when I had a meeting nearby. The only downside was that I found it difficult to the hotel with my car and found myself driving down pedestrian only streets I found a parking garage across the street The staff at the hotel was very friendly, and the room was extremely comfortable. As of review noted this is a former convent and they play on that fact quite a bit throughout the facility from the do not disturb sign that has choices of saint or center, as well as the room service entitled feed your sins to the bottled water labeled holy water. Former chapel appears to be a function room and the choir loft is another meeting room I had an early meeting. I did not have breakfast here, but I did have a drink at the bar the previous night. Was very comfortable. Preso machine is always a welcome addition. Unfortunately my stay was only one night. Should I return to the area? I would easily stay at the hotel again..

This is a lovely hotel and the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, we arrived in Breda mid-festival so we didn’t see the town at its best, thankfully the hotel was a haven of calm and tranquility.

I always love staying here, very clean and friendly staff. Anything you need they will take care of you. Will be back!

Spent one night at this unique and lovely hotel! I believe it’s a converted church, but the decor is ‘all things holy and Nuns’. My room was comfortable and spacious, complimentary water and in room Nespresso were bonus. The room also had an iron/board and hair dryer. As a Bonvoy Gold, they had a nice note, small bottle of wine and mixed nuts to welcome me. The complimentary breakfast was great with tons to choose from and all the espresso drinks your heart desires! From lobby has a nice bar and also a fun confessional where you can take pics (but I never got the email with the pics!) Central and within walking distance to Breda downtown.
