Bella struttura e pasti molto buoni.. Peccato la grande maleducazione e scortesia del cameriere Josip che si è permesso di ridere di un cliente (probabilmente perché italiano) per un malinteso sui pagamenti di alcuni extra. Un hotel del genere merita personale di più alto livello.

Das Zimmer und das Bett im Einzelzimmer sind großzügig bemessen.
Ohne eigenes Fahrzeug kann man die Stadt und die Sehenswürdugkeiten in circa 30 min erreichen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Location away from center with limited bus service , if you travel by car you might be ok

Bon , déçu de notre choix, ben les chambres standard valent pas un 4 étoiles , mais vraiment pas … c est sur que les photos du site en jettent un max … ça vaut pour les chambres supérieures! la propreté général oui … mais franchement les rideaux occultants pas assez grand??? Ne ferme pas compliqué les fenêtres, propreté des détails non ( télécommande, interrupteur ect … ) payer 161 frs , ça les vaut tout juste! Nous avons choisi cet hôtel après avoir vu les avis sur Booking , surprise en voyant notre chambre?! C est sur que les 4* ça fait rêver… mais pas là !

in Covid-19 curfew time, we got quite used to pick-up food from the Hotel and dine at home. lately we noticed that oin many occasions the order wasn't hadnle correctly. we ordered about 5 times "Schnitzel with fries", but got 3 time Schnitzel with potato salad instead - now explain this to a 5-year-kiddo.. each and every time.. Quality ofr the food is good, but you need to pay attention in future to service the client right!

Wir waren am vergangenen Wochenende zu viert im Hotel Schwärzler und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Unsere Komfortzimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr groß und mit viel Ablagefläche fürs Gepäck. Die Betten sind ebenfalls sehr groß und überaus gemütlich. Auch das Badezimmer mit extra Toilette ist sehr geräumig und mit feinen Pflegeprodukten (die man an der Rezeption erwerben kann) aus dem Haus Schwärzler bestückt. Es werden Bücher angeboten, die man während des Aufenthalts bei einem Kaffee im Zimmer, in der gemütlichen Lounge oder bei einem Drink an der Bar lesen kann. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Auch Vegetarier, Veganer und Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten werden umfangreich verwöhnt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.
