Clean and comfortable 3 star hotel with real character -- decor etc real fun. Opposite railway station bit not noisy and easy walk to center.

Gemütliches Hotel. Frühstück für meine Ansprüche perfekt, hatte von allem etwas.
Super Gelegen, da gegenüber HB und sehr schnell an der Messe Bremen. Zimmer ebenfalls gemütlich und für mich perfekte Matratze. Leider ein wenig ringhörig, dies der einzige negative Punkt. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Incredible attention to detail! Although the room is small everything in it shows that the innkeeper has great pride in their establishment. There is unique woodwork and extras like the bottled water in a flip down cabinet. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of great food. Location is close to the train station which I found good but others may find a little noisy.

A room at Edel Weiss is very good value, emphasis on the value, it’s not a luxury hotel by any means, bathroom and rooms are small and have basic amenities, clean but are getting tired.
Good a solo traveller for a couple nights.
The hotel is Bavarian and alpine themed, very nice decor, cheesy but it’s nice to see the effort that has been made.
The restaurant offers great food for a fair price.
The breakfast available is quite expensive for what is available.
The hotel is opposite the main train station so there is a quite a lot of traffic from trams and busy streets during the day and evening.
With the windows closed you hardly notice it.
The area is relatively safe, there are hotels either side next door, bars and restaurants in the area.
Just keep your wits about you when outside late, as there may be homeless people or drunk groups passing by.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would come back
