staff are super friendly and helpful, it's very centrally located, easy to walk anywhere. they are very friendly towards my toddler as well. I would recommend to stay there if anyone is visiting Bremen

+ ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle zentrale Lage inmitten der Altstadt, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr großzügige und ansprechende Lobby mit Restaurant und Bar, sehr gute Schlafqualität unseres Bettes - Zimmer zwar ruhig, aber dunkel und bei Ankunft völlig ungeheizt, lediglich Sicht auf Hausfassade, Atmosphäre wie in einem Kellerzimmer, Einrichtung eher ungemütlich, Bett in eine Ecke gequetscht, Deckenleuchte flackerte; auch das Housekeeping war eher dürftig: schmutziges Geschirr wurde nicht erneuert, Kaffeepads wurden nicht nachgefüllt, der Boden nicht gereinigt; insgesamt leider enttäuschend für ein Premiumzimmer; an der Rezeption konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden, da kein anderes Zimmer in der Kategorie zur Verfügung stand Trotzdem insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Allgemein sehr freundliches Personal, egal ob am Empfang, im Frühstücksrestaurant, in der Bar oder bei den Raumpflegerinnen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich geführtes Hotel. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu beanstanden gibt, sind es die sehr engen Wege und Parkplätze im unterm Hotel liegenden Parkhaus. Immer wenn ich in Bremen bin, werde ich dieses Hotel buchen.

Zimmer und Bett ausgezeichnet, beste Lage mitten in Bremen, sehr freundliches, kompetentes und hilfsbereites Team, Exzellentes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer zum Atrium war sehr ruhig - und damit bestens geeignet.
