Leider sehr unflexibel beim Versuch die Reise umzubuchen. Wir sollten alle mal wieder etwas menschlicher werden, auch wenn man die Stornierung nicht extra gebucht hat.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren großartig. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen bin ich voll auf meine Kosten gekommen! Ein super a la carte. Absolut faires Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Einzig die Polster in der Bar und im Restaurant hätten mal ein makeover nötig.. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top!

Hervorragendes Hotel nahe der Bremer Altstadt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Absolut freundliches Personal, welches auch bei jedem Problem oder Fragestellung eine Unterstützung gab. Zimmer war etwas klein, es gab keine Möglichkeit der Kofferablage und die Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für Kleidung ist gering. Der Saunabereich ist großzügig und sehr schön gestaltet. Die Möglichkeit auf die Außenterrasse zu gehen fanden wir sehr positiv. Tiefgarage mit zugewiesenen Plätzen ist sehr angenehm, wenn auch mit 19 Euro etwas teurer.

Sehr dunkler Eingangsbereich und Lobby. Das Hotel liegt Zentral nur wenige Minuten zur Innenstadt. Wir hatten einen Hotelgutschein gekauft. Das Zimmer war o.k. aber das Bett nur 1,40m breit. Laut Rezeption sind alle Zimmer so außer die Suite. Also haben wir EUR 100,00 Aufpreis bezahlt. Die Suite war einschl. Bad sehr großzügig, allerdings fehlte die 0,5L Wasserflasche als Begrüßung vom Haus. Die vorher bezahlte Erstausstattung der Minibar nicht existent! Am Samstag wollten wir abends um 20.30 Uhr an der Bar noch etwas trinken, dafür ist ja eine Bar da. Diese war aber geschlossen, Betriebsausflug. Leider wird man darüber vorher nicht informiert. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Einrichtung Standard einfach, kahl.

Location is very good, walking distance to the center and main touristic attractions. The check in was quick. The room was very clean, nicely arranged. No toothbrush or other amenities apart from shower gel and soap. They have a strange way of accessing the gym and sauna. You have to go to 4 floor, walk until the end, take other elevator to 5th floor. Gym was good equipped. Sauna was nice as well, it also had a small relaxation space. The wet sauna was not functional while there. The hotel did not have slippers in the room and ran out of bath cloths for sauna. A bit inconvenient to walk from the gym locker, through the gym towards the sauna. A great stay overall, might book again.
