Studio 6 Suites Brenham, TX

Unfortunately, when we showed up the hotel buildings were clearly in the midst of renovation. Outside, the grounds were littered with furniture that was being disposed of. Workers were actively working on and in the buildings. The fitness center and pool were both closed. The lobby and breakfast area was filled with dust and boxes. The room we were given, while the updates were clearly an improvement, smelled of paint fumes and was uninhabitable. We appreciate the fact that the building is undergoing renovation however this information should have been clearly noted when booking the reservation. We cancelled upon seeing the conditions and had to fight to receive a full refund. Luckily, ******* refunded us even though the hotel staff did not respond to their calls.

No coffee maker in room, or any other amenities in the room except towels and a small bar of soap. The room was tile flooring no carpet, the ac filter where dirty so the Ac did not blow very cool. The building was a separate building across from the hotel property with old furniture out in the parking lot seemed to be renovating that building and used it anyway.

Excellent experience. Staff is very kind and helpful. Motel is clean and spacious.

Dirty towel and used soap left in bathroom. Bedroom TV not working. Would not stay again

The hotel was under construction & the lobby was torn up with workers making a lot of noise. When I asked if they had ice, they claimed their machine broke yesterday. We left Houston after a terrible storm that kept us without power for 4 days to get a nice air conditioned room & ice & got neither. We did not stay & asked for our money back.

The listing for this motel did NOT mention that they must be in a remodel…..everything was a mess, the fitness room, foyer, hallway carpet was dirty, no breakfast offered, our sheets had pen marks on them, my daughter bed had hair…..not at all happy, had we known It was such a mess we definitely would not have stayed there.
