It's a nice hotel very modern, Decent Breakfast and Evening Menu is also good. Rooms are very spacious and excellently fitted out. My only complaint is The Reception area is abit chaotic i've stayed here 3 times now and I've been frustrated with the amount of time i've had to wait to get checked in. It's too long. They need to have more staff available as far as i can see.

The transportation is inconvenient, not near the subway entrance, and the facilities are average
Moreover, there are only two bottles of water during the first check-in. No matter how long you stay, it will no longer be provided.

Good hotel. Service can be a bit better. Be careful giving your credit card information as they may charge you extra nights without your knowledge.  Check your statementsat, at the time their system was double charging for nightly fees. However, hotel is nice breakfast is excellent.  about one hour to Central London via city transport.
